We appreciate this is your property and will work with you to create a management package to suit your needs not ours.  Unlike many other companies we will not dictate or control your own usage, it is your property after all.

No Hidden Costs

Our costs are transparent and, excepting for emergencies, any non standard costs are discussed before commital.  We will also send you a statement of account on a monthly basis to keep you in the picture.

We are actually based in Mudeford which means that you benefit from our very local knowledge and expertise.  It also means that when those little niggles creep in or repairs are needed we have direct access to many local tradesmen.

"Jane and Ian sort everything out for my holiday home from taking the bookings and sending out arrival instructions to organising the turnarounds.  They treat each property as if it were their own and do everything possible to make the guests feel welcome.  Any requests/queries are dealt with quickly and with a smile and Jane contacts each guest a day after they have arrived to make sure they have everything they need or have any questions.

When my fridge/freezer broke down over Easter last year, Jane and Ian took a spare fridge of theirs down and set it up, so my guests were not left without a fridge whilst a new one was installed. 

In the recent cold snap, Ian went into each property every couple of days to make sure there were no issues with the frozen pipes and switched the heating on to constant, as well as keeping each owner informed as to how things were.

They are conscientious, efficient and personable; it is an absolute pleasure to have my holiday home managed by Mud Huts.  They take all the hassle out of renting it out, so I can get on with the rest of my life, safe in the knowledge my holiday home is in good hands."

"Ian & Jane of Mud Huts give me something I value very much, ‘peace of mind’. As I live 2 hours away it is good to know that my property is left in very capable hands.
