Bay View is a spacious 3-4 double bedroom, upside-down townhouse which comfortably sleeps 6–8 guests and includes two parking spaces and a small garden.

Ground Floor:
Bedroom 4/TV Snug: A double room that overlooks the water. This room can be set up as a TV snug for children or as a double bedroom using a comfortable double sofa bed. Just request your preference prior to check in.
Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with large patio doors that lead out onto the back courtyard/garden. This bedroom has a double zip link bed that can easily convert into two twin beds at your request prior to check in.
Bathroom: A large modern bathroom comprising a large walk-in shower, WC, sink and vanity unit.
Laundry Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, sink.
Middle Floor:
Master Bedroom: With views overlooking the bay and featuring a super king size bed, ensuite shower room and built-in wardrobes.

Top Floor:
A bright and open plan room that comprises the kitchen, dining room, lounge and balcony.

The kitchen island has two breakfast stools and the dining room table can seat 6–8 guests comfortably.
The living room, comprises one three seater leather sofa, one two seater leather sofa and one leather Madrid lounger.
The large patio doors open up onto the balcony, which is furnished with 4 Adirondack chairs where you can sit and enjoy the most vibrant sunrises and tranquil sunsets.
