DESCRIPTION
Beachside is a modern town house situated in a quiet location and offering views across the harbour from the first floor balcony and top floor master bedroom.
The property has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. The ground floor has a double bed with patio doors that lead out onto the garden area. The garden area is secure and the property is pet friendly. There is also a shower room on the ground floor.
The open plan kitchen, living and lounge area are on the first floor. There is a sliding patio door that leads to the balcony, complete with an electric awning, and perfect for relaxing with a drink while watching the activities on the water.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you will need for a perfect holiday and the lounge area is comfortable and has a 60-inch smart TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is a dining table for family meals.
The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bedroom and set of full-size bunk beds but only suitable for children and the master bedrooms has a king size bed with an ensuite shower room. There are views from this room towards the harbour.
There is also a family bathroom on the second floor with a bath with shower above.
This is an amazing house for friends or family gatherings and having access to the water is the ideal place to use paddleboards/kayaks, etc.
A short walk takes you to Avon Beach, offering lifeguarded swimming areas and views across Mudeford Bay towards the Isle of Wight.
Nearby Mudeford Quay is famous for:

You can also catch the small ferry across to Hengistbury Head, a beautiful coastal nature reserve with miles of walking trails and unspoilt beaches.
