DESCRIPTION

Mudeford Lodge:

Mudeford Lodge is a new large luxury holiday home - being full of light and lovely and airy it sits on the boutique holiday park of Sandhills in Mudeford. The lodge is positioned in a sunny and quiet spot not being overlooked and having a grassed view to the front with a very spacious gated decking area and two private parking spots. It offers easy access to Mudeford Quay and the beautiful Avon beach.

Having a large open plan living , dining and kitchen area, there is a 48 inch wall mounted flat screen Smart TV over a feature fire and Wi-Fi throughout.   There is also a Bluetooth speaker system incorporated in the lounge ceiling.

The lodge is very spacious with comfortable furnishings,  double glazed and complete with gas central heating.

The open plan kitchen comes fully equipped with microwave, coffee machine, gas oven, grill and hob; there is a full size dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The washing machine is located in the adjacent utility room. The utility room is a great storage area for shoes and coats.

The master bedroom has a king size bed,  en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe with dressing table and mirror.  The second bedroom has two standard (3 feet) twin beds, which is unusual in a property on Sandhills and plenty of wardrobe space with room for a travel cot. The bedrooms are both fitted with flat screen wall mounted TVs and integral DVD players.

The area itself has much to offer, the Park is situated just on Avon Beach so as you exit the Park onto the promenade you have the sea right in front of you. Turn right and head down to Mudeford Quay, famous for crabbing (you can buy crabbing equipment and bait at the gift shop or fish stall). There is a pub on the Quay called The Haven House Inn and a ferry that runs over to Hengistbury Head, with its expensive beach huts! Turn left on the promenade and you will find the Noisy Lobster restaurant with an amazing roof terrace, the Lobster Hatch where you can buy takeaway fish and chips either to take back to the lodge or enjoy sitting on one of the benches, provided on the beach. There is also a gift shop, coffee bar and ice cream kiosk.

Further afield of course is the beautiful New Forest National Park with beautiful walks and an opportunity to see the New Forest ponies.
