The Run is laid out over three floors and comfortably sleeps 8 people across 4 bedrooms. This spacious home offers three bathrooms, one on each floor, two of which are en-suite.

On entering the property you are presented with a large open plan kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is contemporary in style and very well equipped, offering all necessary modern appliances, including double fan ovens, ceramic hob, extractor fan, double sink, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.

On the ground floor you will also find a King sized bedroom with built-in wardrobes, providing excellent storage and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The first floor offers a big family bathroom adjacent to the large living room that overlooks the harbour, Christchurch Bay sea and Mudeford Quay. In this excellently sized family space you will find a large TV complete with Sonos surround sound and ample seating. The sitting room opens out on to a South facing conservatory via large sliding doors, complete with open balcony to one side, and breathtaking views of the harbour and sea. There are a number of comfortable armchairs in the conservatory overlooking the view, making this room the perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening sundowner! There is also a desk in the conservatory, providing a quiet location that can be closed off from the rest of the house, should someone wish to work from home or find a few moments of uninterrupted peace!

There are two further bedrooms that can be found on the first floor, leading off from the sitting room. One hosts a second King sized bed and excellent wardrobe space. The second bedroom has a modern set of adult sized bunk beds, proving ideal for children as well. There is also a small desk in this room… a perfect spot for catching up with work projects or completing any summer homework!

The entire second floor presents itself exclusively as an extremely large open plan Master suite. This features a Super King sized bed with Smart TV, leading through to an en-suite bathroom and extremely large dressing room with beautiful Scandinavian style dressing table. The top floor without a doubt has the most stunning views, there are two sets of patio doors that slide open to an extremely large South facing balcony overlooking arguably the best views in Mudeford!

* Bunk Beds:
If the party comprises 8 adults, then two need to use the adult bunk set.
